Solar PV preventative maintenance contracts. What do you guys like to include (and exclude) when putting together preventative maintenance contracts for solar pv systems? Obviously it will include some kind of periodic inspection and test on the system(s), but do you include one or more free visits to fault find and repair? A certain amount of money towards parts that are out of warranty? How do you ensure that balance between being fair but not being in a position where you could lose money? Are there any standard business models or cost calculations people use?
